Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This policy explains how ProgeSwiss Sàrl handles personal data on scopify.ch and when you send us a demo request or a 48H Challenge. We apply the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

ProgeSwiss Sàrl, Route de Crassier 7, 1262 Eysins, Switzerland. Scopify is a ProgeSwiss product.

For any privacy question or request: info@progeswiss.ch.

2. What we collect

  • Visiting the site: we use no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own site, not from third parties. Our hosting provider records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
  • Demo request and 48H Challenge forms: your name, work email, company, role (optional), preferred language, your message and, for the 48H Challenge, whether you want us to sign an NDA.
  • 48H Challenge documents: the documents you share with us through the secure link. They may contain personal data, for example names of project contacts. Please share only what is needed for the challenge.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

  • To answer your request, organise a demo or carry out the 48H Challenge you asked for. These are steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep the site and forms secure and free of spam, for example by briefly limiting how many requests one IP address can send. This is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • We do not send newsletters or marketing emails without your separate consent, and we never sell your data.

4. How we use AI in the 48H Challenge

We process your challenge documents with Microsoft Copilot in ProgeSwiss's own Microsoft Azure tenant in Switzerland. A ProgeSwiss analyst reviews everything the AI produces before it is sent to you.

Your documents and data are not used to train AI models. The AI does not make any decision about you or any other person.

5. Who receives your data

We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:

  • Microsoft: hosting of this website (Azure Static Web Apps), our email (Microsoft 365) and the Azure tenant used for the 48H Challenge.
  • Resend: delivery of form submissions to our inbox, from its EU region.

6. Where your data is processed

Challenge documents are processed in Switzerland. Form submissions are sent through Resend's EU region. Microsoft and Resend are companies based in the United States. Where data could be accessed from outside Switzerland or the EEA, the transfer is protected by the Swiss–US and EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

  • Form requests and 48H Challenge documents: six months, then deleted.
  • If our exchange leads to a contract, we keep what that contract requires for the legal retention periods.
  • Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention rules.

8. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS with security headers. Access to requests and documents is limited to the ProgeSwiss staff working on them. On request, we sign an NDA before you share any documents.

9. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Write to info@progeswiss.ch. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within 30 days.

10. Complaints

You can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch). If you live or work in the EU, you can also contact the data protection authority of your country.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
