New in October 2026: epic-level validation and saved vibe-coding instructions

From idea to approved scope.
In an afternoon.

Describe a project or upload an RFP. Scopify's AI drafts personas, epics, features, user stories and test cases. Your team reviews every proposal, then ships the scope to a Statement of Work, Azure DevOps or Figma Make.

Why Scopify

Your whole scoping process, in one workspace.

Not a chat transcript. A structured, traceable scope that your stakeholders can approve and your delivery team can build.

AI drafts

From a guided wizard or an existing document, Scopify generates the full hierarchy in English, French, German, Italian or Spanish.

Humans approve

Every AI proposal arrives as pending. Accept or reject item by item, compare before and after. Nothing silently overwrites your scope.

Deliverables flow out

Scope PDF, Statement of Work in your Word template, test cases as CSV, a synced Azure DevOps backlog or a Figma Make build prompt.

How it works

Four steps from brief to backlog.

Your input goes in, the Scopify AI engine structures it, your team decides, and the approved scope goes wherever delivery happens.

Complete scope
  1. 01

    Describe or upload

Fill in the Guided Project Wizard (overview, objectives, solution scope, governance) or upload a brief or requirements document.

  2. 02

    AI generates the scope

Personas, epics, features, user stories, work items, test cases and clarification questions stream into your project.

  3. 03

    Review on the Canvas

Validate features and epics, mark items in or out of scope, answer open questions. Inheritance behaves like a PM expects.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Export a PDF, a SoW or test cases, sync the full scope to Azure DevOps, or open a vibe-coding instruction in Figma Make.

Features

Everything from intake to Statement of Work.

Generate with AI

A real hierarchy, not a wall of text.

Project, personas, epics, features, user stories, work items and test cases, each with its own fields and code. Generate the whole scope at once, or one level at a time.

  • Scope from the Guided Wizard or from an uploaded document
  • Mass-generate user stories across a selection of features
  • Clarification questions per feature, answered inline
  • Enhance any text field with AI from the Inspector

Review and approve

Human-in-the-loop, by design.

Added, updated and deleted proposals are badged and tinted until someone decides. Validation and scope decisions cascade, and manual decisions are always preserved.

  • Accept or reject per item, or Accept all / Reject all
  • Compare dialog with before and after for every field
  • Validate an epic and its features follow; reopen only what was inherited
  • In scope / Out of scope at every level, with audit summaries

Product tour

See Scopify in under a minute.

From the first document to a delivery-ready scope: the pipeline, the review and the outputs.

Security and platform

Enterprise-grade, on Microsoft cloud.

Scopify runs on Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse, in a dedicated environment for each customer.

Dedicated environment

One Scopify environment per customer, on the Microsoft cloud your organisation already uses. Data is not shared between customers.

Access enforced server-side

Scopifier, Reviewer and Viewer rights map to Dataverse security roles and per-project teams, not just hidden buttons.

Audit-friendly by default

Every scope and validation change carries its source, so history separates manual decisions from inherited ones.

Data classification

Classify each project as Public, Internal, Confidential or Restricted. Soft delete and restore keep history intact.

Transparent AI cost

Credits are shown per month, per action and per project. Administrators set the threshold; generation pauses when it's reached.

Paperwork ready

We sign a DPA and answer your security questionnaire in writing. Ask us for hosting and data-processing details.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

Can't I just do this with Copilot or ChatGPT?

A chat gives you one document from one prompt. Scopify runs fixed, reviewable stages (personas, epics, features, questions, stories, test cases, work items, SoW), keeps every element linked to the requirement above it and pushes the backlog to Azure DevOps. No prompt design, no copy and paste, no re-keying.

If a human validates everything, where is the saving?

Validation is a fraction of production. In our comparison study, verification and final review were kept identical in both approaches (about 1 h 45). Production went from about 21 hours to minutes. Reviewing a structured draft is much faster than writing from a blank page.

Will the AI invent requirements we never asked for?

Every element is generated from, and linked to, the one above it, so an invented item is visible in the tree and removed in one click. Scopify raises clarification questions instead of guessing, and nothing is accepted without a human decision.

How do credits work, and can I budget them?

Each licence adds 100 credits a month to one team pool. Typical use is published per action: about 1 credit for user stories per feature, 0.5 for test cases per story, 1 per SoW. A small project (4 epics, 12 features, 60 stories) uses about 100 credits. Packs and capped pay-as-you-go cover peaks.

Which languages are supported?

Scopify generates scopes in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. The language is chosen per project, so the RFP and the SoW don't have to be in the same language.

We use Jira, not Azure DevOps. Does it fit?

Azure DevOps is the integration available today. Every artefact also exports (Scope PDF, SoW, test cases as CSV, the full scope as JSON), so you can import it into other tools.

Do we need a Power Apps licence?

Only if your Microsoft licences don't already include Power Apps Premium. If they don't, it's optional at CHF 27.70 per user per month, and we check with you before adding it.

Does Scopify produce estimates?

Scopify produces the scope side of the SoW: objectives, personas, epics, features, stories, assumptions and open questions. Estimation stays with your team, on your rates and architecture. A complete, traceable breakdown is what makes that estimate reliable.

Launch your next scope with Scopify.

See it run live on your own RFP, in your language, with the ProgeSwiss team.
